• Personal Inquiries: Questions you ask about your applications stay between you and TryLockedIn.app.

• Service Providers: We partner with trusted companies for hosting, customer support, analytics, marketing, and authentication services (including Google for sign-in, where we access only basic profile information like name and email in compliance with Google's Limited Use Policy), but only share what's necessary to offer you those services.

All generations and data are stored securely on AWS (Amazon Web Services) servers, located in the United States.

Who has access to your data

Only a single, vetted engineer may access the database, strictly for maintenance and upgrades—and only under obligations that protect your privacy.

LockedIn is fully GDPR compliant.

6. What We Do Not Do

• We don't use your data for model training or research—neither internally nor with our AI providers.
• We don't share your data with advertisers or unauthorized third parties.
• We don't retain or back up your content after you delete it.
• We don't monitor, access, or analyze your resumes or generations except as needed to deliver our core services.
